You know by now that learning, practicing, and developing self-love is critical to healing any struggle with food, eating, and body. That’s all good – that knowledge is the first step – woohoo!

She’s worked through self-loathing, endless negative self-talk, and an eating disorder to get to where she is today: an expert in helping others cultivate a positive, healthy, and empowering relationship with themselves and their eating. And she knows how because she’s done it all herself.

  1. Notice
  2. Create Space
  3. Feel and identify the need
  4. Fill the need

This will work for any number of situations, but is particularly relevant if you struggle with unwanted eating. Tara explains this beautifully in the interview – so please check it out for more details and examples.
